if you happen to be at walmart sure, but its never worth it to go out of the way
if you make at least $15 an hour, the 3-4 hours you waste looking for it at $89 and still not come up with it means you lost big. just work 3-4 hours at your normal job and get it without worries for higher price. OBviously if you make more than the effort/risk to still come up short makes even less sense.

Likewise, it took about 1 hour to find this with 1 in stock. I actually paid $49 because the silver were heavily discounted.
All modern iPhone cameras are strictly better than any GoPro camera unless you need niche shit like 360 degrees. Unless you're expecting the GoPro to take a beating, there's no reason not to just have a phone inside a waterproof housing such as AquaTech AxisGO which are legit underwater equipment: https://aquatech.net/collections/axisgo
Case + cheapest iPhone like the SE = Better than anything the GoPro could ever capture, plus you can use it as a phone and post or go live underwater

The short version -- black has the highest video quality & most features / white has the lowest feature set & video quality / silver is somewhere in the middle.
I only go if it says 4+. My store says 6+ on this, so we'll see
