Great product to purchase from a mobility/camping perspective. This product has never been on sale from what I've seen. Good vid review here: https://youtu.be/31E6hPVuAQY
The USB ports don't split power and the USB-C can provide 45W. Only thing missing is the ability to plug this into a wall and use it as a M18 battery charger. Also would have nice if a LED bulb was added to provide lighting ability.
Northern Tool has this for the same price as part of their anniversary sale. It is in the anniversary flyer but when the sale started it was not available on-line, the item would show up but was unavailable for purchase. Prior to it being unavailable I was able to confirm some stores stocked this. I kept checking the site and a couple of days later it was available for purchase online and I was able to apply $20 off $100 coupon to the $149 sale price. When I called the 1800 number that could not tell me why it was not available for purchase nor could they tell me which stores had it in stock. Perhaps your local store has it or it will show up online again

What was the link you used to obtain the inverter+battery combo initially and/or can you supply a screenshot of the flyer? I chatted with CS and they indicated that they can't provide a pdf version of the flyer and that prices are store specific. Also how do you recevie the coupon?
Thanks!
EDIT: If you're interested in purchasing the inverter without the battery I found a Northern Tool sitewide coupon code for $20 off $100: 274198. You'll need to add an item to get your cart over $100 to use the CC (here's a list of cheap stuff that can be shipped for free (https://www.northerntool.com/shop...sRank%7C1; I got the Milwaukee hacksaw metal 6" blade for $3.29). Once you put in the CC you should get both items with FS with $20 off. Taxes made getting the inverter and the hacksaw blade $87. Not bad considering I don't think I've ever seen this tool on sale in the past.

Who knows, you still might get lucky and find it in stock locally, but YMMV if they'll take the random code in store. If you sign up for their snail mail list, you'll periodically get physical coupons for online/in-store use.

Awesome. Thanks for supplying. I wonder why CS couldn't provide me with the flyer link. It would be interesting to see if you can use that skew number and call CS to try to order over the phone and still use the coupon code.
I looked and the M18 5Ah batteries are flipping on eBay for $50-$65. After shipping, taxes and eBay fees it's almost a wash if you purchase the combo unit and try to flip the battery vs. just getting the inverter alone using the $20 off $100 code (not to mention the hassel of selling & shipping the battery).

Essentially you're paying full price for the inverter and getting the 5ah pack as a "good" deal.
