Unsure how different these are from the other VANKYO X200s posted here recently and are currently selling for 30$.

Additionally: My main concern is sound/listening to music. If anyone has experience, how are these with music? And any under 50$ TWS ones that anyone can recommend that are/go on sale?

I have these and constantly use it for audiobooks. For music, I find that they are alright, it's a bit more bass heavy. They do connect quickly and rarely disconnects. I think I also got them for the same price and for my purposes, they're worth it. The case has a lot of charge and I don't often charge it. It can double as a device charger in a pinch which is an added bonus.

I got mine when it was $11.50 posted on Slickdeals on 5/26 and it was a fantastic deal. $18.99 is on the high end of all the deals on this earbud. It's mostly been $16-17.
