How do you mean? That's exactly what duvet cover sets includes. Were you expecting flat sheets, fitted sheets, 2 decorative pillow cases, a throw pillow cover too?

The picture is a bit misleading. This is NOT a blanket. This is a sheet and two pillow cases. Don't buy this thinking you are getting that comforter in the picture.

The picture is not misleading. A duvet by definition is a cover for a blanket. No one shows a duvet without a blanket inside. If u were to use it that way, might as well use a flat sheet instead!

If you wear a plastic wrap in cold, you will sweat. Cold or hot, your body needs to breathe.

I agree, the picture is not misleading. However, a duvet isn't a cover, it's the thing that is warm/insulated, traditionally a bag filled with down. Duvet covers are just washable and/or decorative flat cases around the duvet, like pillowcases are for pillows.

Just a recommendation, polyester made from same material as plastic. It is slippery and non breathable. In summer u will be hot and in winters u will be cold and in both cases you will be sweating.
People can sweat under any duvet if it is too warm, regardless of whether it is filled with down, wool, or synthetic fibres. I like a cotton blend or 100% cotton cover.
