The items keeps coming back in stock so I would say keep trying and you will be to place your order. I needed a few of these and was able to order all 5 of them in a 15 minutes timespan over 3 separate orders. I dont think the deal should be marked dead.

That's bad. I had placed an order initially on Amazon, and then tried to cancel and got one from them directly. Both got delivered in a Prime package. Returned the Amazon purchase, which was around $13.50 while the direct purchase was $10.50. Looks like the deal is dead but they didn't fix their website.
