It's not bad assuming a suitable fit. The on-ear form factor already isolates plenty of noise, so the performance with noise canceling enabled is better than expected. Having tested these in an Apple Store it's like AirPods Pro but slightly better.
Beats headphones are really poorly made. I have a pair that look like they were buried for a century and dug up. The earpads are heavily worn and cracked, and the headband padding is has to be held on with tape. I've had $10 cans that were better made.
