Yep, appears so for new signups 1 time. After that with double points, spend $12.50 and get a $10 gift card. Doesn't seem too bad really.

I just created an account and got suspended right after I registered.
Forgot I had my VPN on. I think that is why.

Anyone having any luck getting an online receipt verified? They have rejected mine 3 times with a canned response saying i need "take a photo" of my receipt. Used both the format on walmart.com and the confirmed order email with no luck
