I've had this set for 7 years now and love them! I use them everyday and they still look like new. Just use a little bit if bar keepers friend to get off the hard stuff. All of mine still have flat bottoms, but I am careful to not put them in cold water right after taking them off of the heat. I have used them on gas and on a glass electric, they work great on both. I haven't used them on induction yet though so no comment on that. If you've only ever used non stick, stainless does take a bit to get used to, I recommend looking up tips and tricks.

Do they change color if used in the oven?

How do these handle when cooking on high tempature like Indian food or chinese?

The long handles do well, but the loop handles can get pretty hot when using higher temps. These pans are very efficient with heat so I find it does not need as much to get the same results from our prior less quality pans.

Looks like this goes in and out of stock. Since some posts before mentioned it out of stock and then back in stock, so I just kept refreshing the page every 10 minutes or so. Went back in stock and I was able to get it. For those who still want this, I would recommend to just check back periodically.

Based on earlier posts on this product, this seems to be slightly lower in quality than AllClad, but better value in terms of money. Handle seems to be more ergonomic than AllClad.

I know this is old and expired, but the biggest difference other than than the handles being better on the Cuisinart is the All Clad is US made and Cuisinart is Chinese made.
