4" Ryobi Clamp Fan $20 at Direct Tools Outlet

Just saw Direct Tools Outlet has the 4 inch Ryobi Clamp fan for $19.99 +$7 shipping. Condition is Factory Blemished, so new with full warranty. Many of us can't tell the received condition apart from what you get from home Depot.

https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...n/p/PCF02B

This is more expensive than picking up at Home Depot, but they are all out of stock and resellers are trying to get $50 a piece on ebay.

DTO Factory Blemished is brand new with full warranty. Nothing is 'blemished', not even the packaging. They just say that because of licensing terms with HD.

There is $7 flat rate shipping though, so the actual total on this is $27 before tax. There are few other worthwhile items to consider if you're paying shipping anyway:

RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Quarter Sheet Sander $24.99 ($45 at HD)
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...der/p/P440

RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Hybrid Portable Fan $29.99 ($50 at HD)
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...an/p/P3320

RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Hybrid Soldering Station $39.99 ($85 at HD)
https://www.directtoolsoutlet.com...on/p/P3100

RYOBI ONE+ 18 Volt Hybrid 18 In. Air Cannon Drum Fan $79.99 ($150 at HD)

None within 100 miles of me in the STL area. I ordered two. For the $7 shipping, I think it might be worth it. We'll see.

Thanks for posting!

I added the note of $7 shipping, thanks. I have received brand new items shipped from HD that the box looked worse than items from DTO.

I agree on your take of 'factory blemished', but that definition can change at any time and you can't really tell DTO you expected no blemishes just because it never actually happened before.

I went to three HD's near me recently and none in stock. I went to the third one because the HD 4" fan thread said they have them inventoried and in the "no home" section. Employees acted like they never heard on the term 'no home' and could not tell me where a miscellaneous one off product would be in the store.

Since I can't get to Florida or DC Metro area (as noted above) for under $7 I jumped on this before they are sold out. I definitely wasted more time and gas looking for them locally since HD won't ship from those stores that actually have them in stock.

Look in the fan section for these, not Ryobi.

This!! Instead of the usual couple Ryobi locations near the front isles, need to go way in the back near lighting and fans to find these.

Yep did this and that. Loads of people reporting the same on the Ryobi reddit page and in the HD thread for this fan.

Haven't seen any in DC, PG county. Ordered 2 to save my time and gas. Well worth the $7.

"Portable" fan runs off battery or AC power and has 10" diameter fan blades
"Clamp" fan is battery only, 4" diameter fan blades, and has a strong clamp
They also make an "air cannon" with 18" diameter blades

In general, bigger fans push more air and are quieter. All three serve different purposes, so no one is "better" in general, just different.

Been trying to get a few for Father's Day but these wouldn't ship in time. My guess is that Home Depot will have plenty of stock by the time these come.

If brickseek and Home Depot's site say a store doesn't have it is it still possible for it to be there?
