Service experience will depend on BB location, I've had bad experience, scheduled it at a BB but they had a roof collapse and had to reschedule a month later which was after the return period, decided to return and that took a few hours to get the refund because the website showed the order was complete even though it was rescheduled.

FYI because this always comes up -- if you have Total Tech Support this is $220. Or if you aren't, this Compustar plus TTS 1-year membership will run you $420. So you get $110 off if you are a TTS member or if you are adding a membership in the same transaction.

I used to work at the Cedar Park one and was friends with the install guy, they straight up told me to go to the North Austin store if I wanted my infiniti done without anything getting broken lol. So take that as you will
