Don't have Amazon Prime? Students can get a free 6-Month Amazon Prime trial with free 2-day shipping, unlimited video streaming & more.
If you're not a student, there's also a free 1-Month Amazon Prime trial available.
You can also earn cash back rewards on Amazon and Whole Foods purchases with the Amazon Prime Visa credit card. Read our review to see if it’s the right card for you.
I'll add another caveat to this: Amazon isn't very easy to get a refund out of when these fake MFi products break.
I had bought a 3.5mm to lightning adapter which would crinkle the audio until it literally split into two pieces. Looking through the reviews more carefully (which I should have done before buying, instead of just going by the star rating,) I see that a lot of buyers were claiming it was not MFi as advertised. I then verified this through the link posted in this thread and approach Amazon.
Maybe it was the rep I got or maybe he didn't understand what false MFi certification was, but he did not budge for a good 3-5 minutes or so. Ultimately he relented on a one-time courtesy credit towards a future purchase.
If I could back I'll buy android instead Apple is too much. I can't take the cheap cables that break for iOS when I had android I never had this issue.
I've purchased cheap cords like these for years and a 6 pack of these might last you a couple months if your lucky. If you have kids even less lol I willingly pay the 20$ for 1 apple cord because it will last me years.

Get a real cord! I was a android fan for many many years and still like android but I got a iPhone a couple years ago and i like how my phone doesn't get hot anymore. My phone also doesn't glitch and freeze up like when I had a android. I will definitely have a android for a second phone. Seems like google bloats the hell out of android software and apps these days.
I would only buy lightning cables of the following non-Apple brands: Anker, UGreen, Monoprice, Amazon Basics, Best Buy "brands" (Insignia, Dynex), Belkin (usually overpriced). Anything else you want to actually confirm is MFi certified using the list Apple has available and make sure to match the model number too. I've noticed some shady brands like CabePow or whatever having a cable listed as certified and they have a cable in the Apple list as MFi certified but it's not the same one. Wouldn't surprise me if they get one model certified just so their name shows up on the list and people are tricked into thinking the model they're buying was the one certified.

So buyer beware.
