Once you have felt how smoothly the 90 tooth SK turns, and feel how precision machined it is (or how loose the Hart is), you know why one costs more.
If you need a ratchet a couple times a year, the Hart is probably fine.
If you use your tools daily, you are gonna need the SK
I've got some SK Tools from my grandfather that must be 60+ years old. He used them every day. I'll pass them on to my grandchildren and I'm confident that they will still be 100% on the job.

I have heard of people having issues with SK warranty customer service over the past year, and there's rumors SK is being sold to somebody less favorable to US manufacturing. So take that warranty with a bit of a grain of salt. Same with the whole "tool truck" comparison, but I digress.
