Not sure why the large # of thumbs down. Yes it's high for a USB 3 hub, but it does have a 4' cable which is rare to find. It may be of use to some depending on distance from computer tower to desk. Also it has 3 ports 1 side, with the 4th on the end which may be more usable for some depending on where it sits.

Note: They just added a 10% clippable coupon that brings the total price down to $7.17 when stacked with the 45% off coupon.
