My advice is that this watch is a good value. Swiss quartz movement, sapphire crystal, good workmanship, established brand. The NBA branding is entirely on the caseback, but IMO, not removable, so I wouldn't buy it planning to remove the logo on the caseback. If having the logo on the caseback is going to bother you, don't buy it.
The lug width is 19mm. There are aftermarket 19mm straps available, though the selection may be limited. The strap that comes attached is pretty high quality for a two-piece "NATO", and genuine Tissot replacements with the other team colors are often available from MastersInTime for around $20; I own several. They don't have quick-change springbars, so you will need a springbar tool.
Another concern is that at this point, these are new old stock of a model that is several years old. You may find that they are DOA and need a battery change, though the battery life seems pretty good. if you plan to change the battery yourself, you'll need a 394 battery and caseback knife. The caseback is pop-off, not screwdown.

Yeah, as branded watches go, this is really unobtrusive.
It is on the back of the watch (see pictures), but who is going to see that when you are wearing it? It's a Tissot with sapphire for $100. I'm okay with it.
