Amazon's title says it's an electrolyte drink, but I don't see any amounts for sodium or potassium. just some b vitamins and vitamin c. am I missing something?

It's fine- not really bad but only arguably better than water. It has vitamins and electrolytes, which can be beneficial if you're not otherwise getting enough of them in your body. It'll hydrate you, which is generally a good thing but can otherwise be accomplished with water. It's 10 calories per bottle, which isn't going to break anyone's diet if they added one of these per day (if you had 10 calories surplus per day over your maintenance diet, it'd take about a year to gain 1 lb of weight).

Only if you are truly in need of the nutrients/hydration. Think of it like gatorade, despite what people do youre not supposed to just casually drink them. Except since this has no sugar its a bit better (yes i know gatorade offers zero sugar).

Its not healthy but its also healthier than regular soda. The story is 50 cent saw people buying bottles of water or cans of coke for $1+, and thought about how lucrative it would be to sell flavored water and needed a gimmick, so he added cheap vitamins.

TLDR; drink them if you like the flavor not any 'health benefits'.

I drink two of these per a day because I thought it is essentially just flavored water

The only Zero flavor I don't like. It's sweet, floral and bitter. Very odd. I don't know why I see this everywhere in stores and many of the better flavors are hard to find.
