I prefer the larger 24oz bottle for $9.59.

Good price for good bottles, I use mine almost daily. There's a recall on some of them, by the way. https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls/2021...to-choking
This is the loudest freaking water bottle to drink out of, I have one friend in particular who slurps the shit out of his bottle and it drives me nuts. Just something to consider

Just get a new cap from Camelbak for free and it'll be fine. A bit of a hassle but price is cheap.

Go for the Polar bottles. The nipples are way easier to clean.

If for some reason you need a 2 pack, you can get a 2 pack of 32oz Gatorade BPA bottles for like $12
https://www.amazon.com/Gatorade-S...803&sr=8-6

I really like it since I feel like I have to wash the lid part less. To be honest though, I'm not entirely sure the best way to wash it. Probably just immersing it in hot soapy water for a while then rinsing well

You can get a regular bottle brush for like $3. You can get many sets of cleaning brushes for water bottles, straws, and/or hydration bladders and tubes. They run $8-20 at any usual place.

The smaller brushes are great for a lot of small crevices and can help clean a lot of awkward kitchen utensils or other additional uses. If brushes and soapy water don't do enough for you, a minute in some isopropyl alcohol and rinse should be good for disinfecting. Just don't soak too long as it csn damage plastics.

I have a couple of the chill bottles. I love the jet valve of the Camelbak bottles but I won't be buying any more of the chill models. They don't insulate very well, or for very long. For me, it's not worth the extra weight. I'm guessing there is a reduction in capacity as well over the non insulated models.

At this price though, if you don't already have one, and if you don't mind the slight increase in weight and possibly reduction in capacity, it's definitely worth a try. The jet valve is fantastic - no leaks and no need for fingers or teeth to get involved in the drinking process.

If you buy these just look up the videos on how to disassemble and clean them - not the official vids from CamelBak.

I've got the older ones and they're great but a lot bulkier than normal bottles. Bright side, I shove them on my fork and they'll stay cool for about 3 hours in 85+ temps when it's all iced up
