You'll have to see for yourself, to be honest. OLED's are like a mirror. But I've seen enough people who are in well lit rooms say their OLED is still perfectly watchable during the day. If it's too bright, you might need to get some curtains, if you don't already have some.

The A80J would be in the "other 2021 models" part of that chart, so it'll get it's VRR update through a software update
