About this deal
My research indicates that this is $25 lower (27% savings) than the next best available price from a reputable merchant with prices starting at $90 at the time of this posting.
Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
This is probability the best "casual" keyboard out there. In order to get better, you would have to start spending more on keys than what this keyboard costs.
Also this keyboard can take aftermarket keys. Infact a nice upgrade is the hyperx pb pudding key set for like $15-20 depending on the sale.

I bought the full version of this keyboard recently (with aqua switches) and am loving it. The metal body feels solid, the tactile switches feel great, and the RGB is vibrant. The software is kind of Meh and is still in beta but it works none the less. I came from a Logitech G810 with romer tactile switches.

That's the exact keyboard I'm typing this reply with. How do you like it compared to the G810?

At times I miss the designated media controls but that's not a dealer breaker for me. In fact, I quite like that the keyboard is smaller due to the removal (integration) of the media controls. The HyperX has exposed switches on a solid metal frame which makes the keyboard easier to clean (the metal frame feels premium compared to the G810). The aqua switches feel less mushy than the romer tactile switches. The LEDs are ALOT brighter (which I like) but can be turned down if you don't. In terms of notification icons, the HyperX doesn't notify you of scroll lock being on but does all other notifications similarly. All in all, I'm happy with the clean look, awesome switches, and overall feel for the price. The new Logitech keyboards did not look appealing to me (and their g keys on the left made the board bigger).
One last thing, I caught the full HyperX on sale @ $82 (no tax) direct from HyperX. This is way cheaper than the current G810 successors which makes it a great value for the price.

Thanks for the great reply. I've used the G810 for almost 4 years so I was looking for an upgrade. Absolutely agree that the successors are a little on the pricey side so I was keeping my eyes out for something like this. Thanks again! (Might jump on the BB deal since I have a giftcard with them)
Ordered myself red switch version on Amazon. Wondering how much I'll miss by not going for aqua switched. Have never used tactile switches in my life. My current switches are also linear like hyperx red.
Razer at least can have QC issues but honestly most are fine. Problems are always magnified much more. Logitech can have double click and or keys not registering. Choose what you like.
