I give TU, since i will order this one. Seems ok. I believe negative reviews are mostly due to having to pay for cloud storage

The 5MP Amcrest cameras are a better deal at this price point. They're currently $55, but go as low as $45. Turret Form factor is generally preferred over bullet and they're OEM Dahua. Not sure who makes this Foscam.

Amcrest 5MP UltraHD Outdoor Security IP Turret PoE Camera with Mic/Audio, 5-Megapixel, 98ft NightVision, 2.8mm Lens, IP67 Weatherproof, MicroSD Recording (256GB), White (IP5M-T1179EW-28MM) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083G9K...JC3X2VWRH2

Can this work with HomeKit?

Also what are the storage options? What are the cloud plan prices? Can I record to a computer via the app?

and the fact that they just kind of don't care about any upgrades to software after selling you their cameras. i would avoid the brand all together.

"this is not a normal stand-alone wireless ip cam. this has to be connected via network cable to a router. it has 2 ports - internet, and power. it accepts power over internet or you can probably power it up via the power cable port it has. it does not come with a power supply."

Okay? You have the option for 12v or PoE. That's hardly a negative. 12v power supplies can be had for $3 or from digging in the "leftover cables box". PoE is far more convenient in every way and only requires a $30 PoE switch to be put to use.
