Hear from the hundreds of television and film executives, programmers, writers, creators and cast as they unveil the oftentimes shocking story of Star Trek's ongoing fifty-year mission -a mission that has spanned from the classic series to the animated show, the many attempts at a relaunch through the beloved feature films.

Thanks!! Always down for a Star Trek book.

Anyone else have a huge pile of unread books? And anyone else glad it's a pile of digital books?

Yeah digital credits are great. It's too bad that even though Amazon has posted record profits during the pandemic they're using it as an excuse to cut back on certain benefits of being a prime member without a good reason.

I listened to both books a couple years ago. They go very in depth in the production of the shows and movies, as well as conventions and the people that made Star Trek. It's probably 15% about the actors and 85% about Roddenberry and everyone else. Which was fine with me as I have read/watched so much about the actors and knew very little about everyone else and the process to make ST happen and keep going through the years.

Slower shipping times (that definitely has a reason) but then why don't they offer digital credits like they used to? That would make perfect sense if they were having difficulty getting things shipped in a timely matter. But no they decided to cut on both.
