I've found it to be too weak for most tasks, but it can be useful at times
Seems to work ok, out of the box. Definitely not as strong as a compressed air can, but it puts out decent pressure. We'll see how long the battery lasts, based on comments shared here.
So now multiple SDers reviews came in and show depend on their use, this battery operated air duster may or may not replace air can for their needs. If someone use it to clean something that this doesn't work, then they will either need air can or need to look at some of those really powerful wired electric air duster like MetroVac, Metro Datavac, etc.
Blowing Macbook or something big and not sticky doesn't mean it can clean everything. It is like garden hose with bigger opening can shoot more water out (so more CFM). But if you restrict the space at the end of the hose with your thumb to create less room for water to flow, less water may come out but the water may travel faster and further.
So assuming this battery air duster produce 40 CFM and air can is 30 CFM. If the battery air duster opening is 0.25 inches radius which the area is 0.196 square inches and air can straw opening is only 0.1 inches radius which the area is only 0.031 square inches, we can't compare the CFM directly to estimate how well it cleans for what each individual needs.
It won't be fun if this battery air duster doesn't work for some people based on what they clean so I guess someone can said it is more fun using compressed air can instead of this for those people.

What they really should have done is include an extra, narrow nozzle. Something that would let it compare to a can of compressed air. Since the nozzles are swappable and it's supposed to be replacing a can of air, it would have made for a much better product. As it is, you would have to rig something up (or cover it mostly with your thumb) to get a similar effect to an air can
I still love this thing.
Checking the price on the page right now, I can see that the item is currently on stock, and I can buy it, but, for more than 50 dollars. For me this looks like they didn't want to give me the product at the discounted price, so they forced the refund to me.
Still better than getting scammed for my money, however, due to the reliability of the company, I don't think I will ever try to buy from them again (this product or any other if I have to do the deal with them directly).
Cheers.
