I am on keto to control epilepsy. I effing hate keto, but its changed my life. Haven't knowingly cheated in about three years and ive been able to go medicine free.

I miss pasta, bread, and cookies but man do those antiseizure meds have nasty side effects...

Was going to bring up Aldi. Happened upon their keto hamburger rolls and..... they're pretty good considering they're keto - IOW don't expect some awesome hamburger buns, but they're far better than other options and you can just go buy them, don't have to make your own BS. I believe they used to be seasonal but became so popular they are a year-round item now. Also some crazy amount of fiber too..... IIRC like 65% daily intake for 1 roll laugh out loud
