Checking 15 states, as can search by 'state, usa' and nobody has in stock.... "Call store to order" and store does not have a clue.

If they will not deliver to home, even for a fee, why can't these idiots move into the 21st century to order online and have delivered to store?

A waste of time and no affiliate commissions for this site if one can/could order in store.

typically used with a cutoff wheel for metal. could fit sanding discs but those are better for a right angled tool

25,000 rpm and no guard, you are asking to get hurt with a cutoff wheel that is basically a saw blade. Probably best to stay with bits as intended.

It is a pneumatic die grinder that uses bits like these [amazon.com] for shaping and grinding. Most smaller home air compressors will not run this tool.

It's basically an oversized dremel. You don't see people using guards on dremels and those will spin to 30k RPM. A competent user with the appropriate protection and cutoff wheel can operate this in relative safety.
