2010 is ps2 era lol
I purchased the Logitech F310 as a result of a deal with the mmo RaiderZ to buy it for $6. I used this controller from 2012 to 2019. It broke apart by 2019. Luckily, this is a very easy to repair controller. The screws are very exposed like old school controllers so just pop em out and give the innards a looksie.
The key issue is the rubber used for the dpad contacts which can become unseated from the pcb and cause issues with button presses. I would open the controller up, reseat the button and rubber, lightly wipe the contact pads with alcohol wipes, spray it with air duster, and reassemble the controller for function.
I still own the bloody thing but I replaced it with a Playstation 4 controller which is superior in every way, especially as I have small hands. Side note, the Logitech F310 is really really painful for small hands (particularly the triggers).
I would not recommend this controller if you can afford a dualshock 4 or 5, or even an xbox 360 controller if you are comfortable with that layout. The level of quality you feel is immediate when using Sony and Microsoft's products that I really think this controller may have aggravated finger injuries for me in the past.

They are durable and reliable but not very comfortable for extended usage. I have since switched to xbox controllers for about $40 each.
Those are way nicer and I use USB cable with them for less weight and savings on batteries. The setup works surprisingly well and way better than the F310.... FYI F710 is very similar to the F310 except for being wireless.
