How is the remote?
It has Siri button on the size now, it's gets triggered when picking up the remote, happens to me 40% of time.
That said I really like the feel of the new remote, it's weight, and full aluminum body, lot better than the old one.
Is it possible to share a screenshot? I had the same issue, or showed me $10 when I placed my order now when I looked in Honey account I see 199 pending points awaiting.

I have owned all Apple TV's and their remotes. This is the best remote they have had yet.
You can turn off the "touch" feature and just use the click wheel, which gives the FFW and RW a much better feel. You can turn the Apple TV and TV off w/ one button. The mute feature is also nice.

Yes, generally speaking you have to contact them to get bonuses. Don't make it easy. They are good about crediting you though.

I was thinking exactly the same thing. Most ppl pretty much hate the old remote.
It's not THAT good. I wouldn't buy it separate from a new ATV.
The old remote was a mess - you never knew which way was up in the dark!
I do like the one button to turn on TV and ATV.
The mute button is a waste of time.
They should allow you to reprogram - I'd use as a Netflix button, we use that service the most.
