REI has deeply discounted the Camelbak insulated "Chute Mag" models. I think these may be the lowest prices I've ever seen on these. Free shipping with store pickup or with $50+ orders.

Camelbak I would say is the higher end brand. Contigo is like the cheaper mainstream brand. I have both, havnt had problems with either, but I definitely like my Camelbaks better. In the past, normally Camelbaks are $40-50 each(40oz).

You carry a 40oz bottle running? Beast mode.
If it makes a difference the solid colored, newer ones are labeled as dishwasher safe. These are not but we put them in anyway.
FYI, the 20oz I have fits in synthetic/plastic bike water bottle cages pretty well.

It's a bigger risk for your dishwasher than the bottles. The coating that comes off may not be good for the dishwasher.

Ugh, I have a water bottle problem. Just bought 5 of the 40oz ones. I'll be giving them as gifts to my nieces since the kids can't use the water fountains at school. Thanks for the find!

Oh also, we wash these in the dishwasher and I've never had a problem, we never have leaks, and I like to take these running because it keeps the water cold for a long time.

And everyone said we wouldn't be able to use that $20 bonus gift card (from the $100 gift card purchase) for anything good.

Just got two of these for $5. Thanks op.

Not so much. I have 3D printed 'adapters' with marginal success because the whole bottle is precariously tall. The smaller 12oz bottles do fit nicely in most cars.
