Depending on if you are a big fan of the game. Extra content is good but I wouldn't spend another 80 hours to play a new round.

It also significantly reduced grind in mementos dungeons, so you focus more on the story and other gameplay.
I loved the game but re-grinding is not something I'm willing to do. Maybe for $10 and with more time behind me.
