Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00am EDT 07/12/2021 ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will end on 08/15/2021 at 11:59pm EDT.
Eligibility: The EDIBLE x NINTENDO SWITCH SWEEPSTAKES (the "Sweepstakes") is open to any individual who has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in; lives within the continental United States, except for residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island; and has a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and the associated companies are not eligible to enter.
Prize(s): Seventy Three (73) prizes will be distributed to Thirty Nine (39) Winners, each Winner receiving one of the Prizes set forth below. The ARV of these items is $359.98.

● Thirty Four (34) Nintendo SwitchTM systems
● Thirty Four (34) download codes for a digital version of the Mario Kart ™ 8 Deluxe game
