YMMV - In-Store Clearance - Kobalt 7-Piece 12-Point Standard (SAE) Ratchet Wrench Set Lowes.com - $14.97

Lowe's has the Kobalt 7-piece 12-point ratchet in SAE on deep discount for 14.97.

Lowest price I've ever seen for a set of ratcheting wrenches.

Looks like it's only for SAE and not metric, so good for those that have American cars.

Here's a picture I took in the store.

Doesn't show on the website for me either, but the store had it yellow tagged.

OP, fix your title. EXTREME YMMV. Probably your local store only.

Looks like maybe a NY Metro thing. Brooklyn store also shows 3 for the sale price.

What do people use these for? Even American cars went metric decades ago... didn't they?

Some of us still have old cars, but there's also a lot of SAE throughout a house, on lawn/garden equipment, and on boats.

Just grabbed one of two at the Lakewood, CO store. The item number wasn't correct from brickseak, but I had an associate scan the barcode and that worked. It was in a shopping cart if clearance items that hasn't even been put out yet. He confirmed it would think up at the discounted price for me before I went to the register.
