1080p is great for confirming that the person who stole your grill was in fact a person. Pretty bad for anything else.

Great cameras and app BUT their warranty is bullshit. The 30 days money back is if you DO NOT OPEN the box. The seal must be intact...they don't tell you this. The 2 year warranty requires you to have the original box and all the items it came with. They do not tell you this. Also you must pay for shipping and wait weeks for them to determine if they will send you a replacement which by the way they only send refurbish replacements. So if you need security surveillance in a certain spot 24/7, expect that spot to be down for a month or two.

I have 2 dead cameras here that I cant return even though they are still under warranty because I didn't keep the original box and items for a year.

I've had this camera for a few months and it works ok.

You need to have good wifi outside. Ive had it working up to 60 feet away from the house. Ive played with it often, moved it around to test spots and it has never used up all its battery.

For the price it's good. I just use mine to cover an area in the backyard and watch the animals at night.

The 2 way audio is garbage. You can hear audio, but it will often have static.

If you can plug in power I'd recommend getting the Reolink Lumus instead. They go as cheap as $38 and have a spot light.

The cams do feel like plastic toys. Hopefully they'll last a couple years.

Wifi connection is very difficult to keep up because the camera is lack of an external antenna. I ended up buying the Reolink Argus PT which has an external antenna which makes a big difference in getting a reliable wifi connection all the time. Argus PT costs more money but is well worth the investment.

Out of Arlo, Ring, Wyze, Eufy or this, what are the best "wire-free" camera systems out there?

Stay away. It misses motion triggered events and they won't admit defects. You have to pay for the shipping fee for return.

There is no real single best wire-free system. It depends on what you want (cost, cloud vs local storage, 24x7 recording, integration with smart systems like alexa vs google, etc), and what/whether you have already installed anything (integrated security system, sensors, lights) at home.

I grabbed one on prime day for $105. I like it enough to grab another for $159.

I have this camera, and it is mounted at the peak of the roof (underneath) watching the driveway, and the solar panel is on the side. I have not had any problems with this camera but stay away from the RLC-410 series. I have had 3 of them, currently have one still working, but the other one was installed for a month and suddenly it has water on the inside of the lens. Their customer service is based in China, so it takes a long time for them to respond to requests, but they are finally willing to take the defective camera back and give me my money back.

I can second this---same negative experience with Reolink support.

All wire free (battery operated) system sucks...the battery operated security camera makes impossible to do continuing recording, it's motion triggered recording unavoidably caused delay and missing the most important starting point, and subscription limitation makes them even worse.
After trying Arlo, Reolink, Blink, Wyse, all are junk.
I went back my wire powered system , it is much better , cheaper and reliable
