I'm one of the early birds that had to place the order over the phone because the website was puking its guts out every time I tried to submit payment. I just noticed in my order confirmation email that the representative misspelled both my name and address. The address typo is minor (and obvious) so I'm hoping that doesn't impede anything, but I'm on the phone trying to get someone to make those corrections and wondering if I should just hang up in fear of drawing more attention to Verizon's accessory exclusion error. If it ever does ship, the carrier doesn't really have a great excuse not to deliver due to the minor address typo, but then again, they seem to do whatever the hell they want to do (just depends on who you get).

Is the carrier FedEx or UPS? If you have either or both apps, you should be able to see the pending delivery.

Yes, Verizon's website is complete garbage so I'm sure all the SDers trying to get in wasn't helping either. I actually ordered 2 of the soundbars - got one for a friend who just got a new TV and I only see one tracking # which shows only 1 package. I don't know what's actually going to arrive. As i mentioned earlier, there is a line on my order e-mail confirmation about transferring a phone # under the soundbars which is absurd. Verizon's ordering process is a clusterf$*#! so I'm really just crossing my fingers and hope the order confirmation mistakenly duplicated the tracking numbers. My credit card got charged the correct amount so I hope to still get the discount if they can't ship out of stock items - the soundbar is out of stock. Good luck to you and all of us. If it works out we win, if not, oh well. LMAOLMAOLMAO

Below the soundbar there is a line that says, "phone number you're transferring" with last 4 digital of some number I'm not associated with and then next line is my mobile number. What the hell? Got shipping confirmation. I actually received verizon code today. Chatted + called to try to get them to apply but they couldn't do anything. Oh well. Still pumped about the soundbar!

Got the Add-on Accessories, but not the bar. Thought I was receiving the soundbar Frown.

Order is in processing status. Not sure if they will ship it....waiting Frown.

That sucks. My order status now says "Partially Shipped" with no details as to what part of the order shipped. Not getting my hopes up. I expect to get 4 battery extenders that I have no use for.
