Conclusion?
Single flute bits are what you want. Dual flute bits walk as they cut. You start the hole in one location, and each time it starts cutting the next largest hole size, the center moves a little bit.
You keep using the junk and maybe someday you can afford a decent bit and if using everyday, upgrade your tools to be more productive.
