who knows with DD it probably should show up in your offers in the app or sometimes they email offers.
when I tried code it said something like "offer cannot be redeemed"
there was a 40% off of $40 plus grocery offer in app 40GROCERY i think i don't have app in front of me, many items from supermarket were jacked up some were ok, 3.99 delivery fee was standard for 3 grocery stores on my app.
I set up an order for the 40% off, I added around $41.xx to order in the end yes it takes off $16.xx but after all the bs fees excluding tax you only save $6.xx so around $10 in fees.
