I contacted SamsClub via chat, and after answering too many questions for a simple issue, the final response was that the code was valid, but I needed to request a new redemption code from Groupon.
So after chat with groupon, they gave me option of refund in Groupon Bucks (have no interest in Groupon Bucks because I rarely see any good deals there anymore), or they could attempt to resolve my issue and get groupon code to work. But it may take a week.
So thats what I've settled on.
If they can't resolve it, will be requesting credit card refund, not groupon bucks credit. Ugh.
