Log into bitdefender central, on "My Services" page, click activate with code, input the code, and select extend my current subscription in the pop up window. Done!

The family pack also allows to use across devices and multiple users. I use this on my Macs, Android, VM and PC, and the rest of the family. So it's not bound to just Windows.

If you have Android, this may be of importance as GP doesn't cut it:

So perhaps a little introspection is also good for the soul. If you don't find value in $20 a year for that, that is your prerogative but you dont represent the other 6 billion people.

You can judge for yourself as to what you consider important, and each has detailed catch rate per month. So you can see if products are tracking up/down over time in virus/zero day, and balance with free/cost and also the performance impact.
