Yes, if your credit card extends it +1 year (many Visa Signature cards). Costco already gives you +1 year on the manufacturer, so it's likely your CC company would recognize that as a 2 year warranty and then stack the +1 for a 3rd year.

I was inclined to buy intel, but when I checked the CPU comparison between this and the Ryzen 5 5500 I was surprised by how much faster the Ryzen was.

Just FYI Ryzen laptops clock down substantially when running on battery. If you expect to run on battery a lot, Intel is the better option.

Fake news spread by Intel, literally.
Or the laptop is in eco mode set by the manufacturer (switchable from eco, balanced and performance on Lenovo).

Plus, that's not how physics works lol. Intel sucks far more power which means it will throttle heavier and eat more battery.
Might have been fake regarding the 4000 series Ryzens. Definitely not fake with 5000 series.
Tested: Is Ryzen 5000 battery performance really that bad? [pcworld.com]

I don't see a 14" Ryzen for the same price with 16gb of ram and 512gb ssd. Let me know if anyone has seen one otherwise I may go with this for back to school.

Dont waste your time trying to educate him, if you look at his post history he is an AMD shill and goes out of his way to TD/TC Intel based posts.

Ryzen one is even better as it's a 2-in-1. Got one few days back, working well so far.

edit: This one has Ryzen 5 4500U.

This already has 16GB of 3200Mhz RAM…that's pretty good!

Anyone think these kinds of laptops will be cheaper in November? This fits our needs well (kid's school laptop).
