People are really picky about their monitors on here and will likely complain about it being 60hz. I bought this last year at this price for console gaming and it's been great. 28" is also a little big for gaming for the typical user.
How good is it for regular work and browsing. Heard lot of complains about text being super small on UHD monitors.
I've never felt any negative feelings about font size. Windows has a few different settings for scaling as well if it's not to your liking. I'm able to comfortably have two browser windows side by side without issue.
