Yes, the 4000 is the one, but sales go once in a while. Just broke mines and going to try this one.

Seller called Return buy on Ebay listed way too many 4000 models years ago.
Bought for 5.51 FS. Still working great. Love this keyboard.

I've used this for programming around 9 hours per day for a few months and it's working great. Previously I kept buying the wireless version but they would start dropping keystrokes after a while.

I used the original MS ergo 4000 keyboard for years and years (probably bought it 4 times as they wore out) and was so bummed when they discontinued it. Tried this one and had high hopes but it is far inferior in every single way. Less comfortable, looks more dull… returned it and ended up ascending to a mechanical keyboard and am much happier. I skipped going wireless for this one. Very comfortable, especially, the palm rest pad.

Exact same problem I had. Most comfortable keyboard I've used but the wireless is trash.

I have this. It's fine. When i bought it I didn't know the slant would be opposite of old styles. So fingertips are lower than wrists with the attachment. Otherwise it's just flat. That's prolly the new 'ergonomic' way but it feels weird to me.
