I purchased this from an earlier SD from the same seller. Arrived in great condition. New, as far as I could tell. Just a generic box was the only difference. It has good suction power. I am very happy with mine.

The main negative of this vacuum are the tiny wheels on the fluffy head attachment. It will get tangled in hair pretty quickly and will not roll. There is no way to take them off and in the manual it says to use tweezers which is a pain. I suggest cleaning them frequently - even after every use to make it easier to clean. Yes the dust/dirt canister is tiny, but if you use it often just to pick up dust particles and small debris you should be fine. Emptying it is easy. Last thing I would suggest is to rotate your batteries especially if you don't use more than one per cleaning. This will make sure they get used evenly and you don't neglect one where it can degrade just sitting around.

Overall i'm extremely pleased using this product after having used the Dyson v8 animal+ from another household for a few weeks. LG nailed it, ascetics and design simply make sense.
