For me it was only nauseating for the first few days. I got used to it. I would suggest that your try it on a full nights sleep to help
Did you get your camera adapter? I order on January 12th, got the confirmation email that they received the request and have not received the adapter. I called into Sony twice and they told me they would escalate and I never get an email.
