Walmart will have the PlayStation 5 Digital and Physical available today starting at 3PM EST.

Walmart generally releases in 10 minute waves so keep trying after the inevitable OOS within seconds of 3PM. Using the app seems to be more reliable these days but trying both doesn't hurt.

They blame it on the chip shortage, they say Sony are not as big as Apple or Samsung who get their orders fulfilled first.

I managed to snag 2 disc versions from best buy and Walmart. It's getting alot easier now.

Ive been able to get about 15 of them. Never from Walmart though, only Bots seems to get Ws there.

I was able to add the digital one to the cart but was never able to check out. I didn't really want the games that came with the disc version so I didn't bite on those. I'd rather they just give my a GameStop gift card than games.

I don't know why this thread is downvoted. I know it's not a "deal" in terms of value, but I appreciate the updates to stock and consider it close enough to qualify, in cases like this.

At some point, I'll see a thread like this notifying me that there is stock and it'll be the thing that motivates me to go check to see if I can grab one because I'd like to take the new controller for a spin.
