They give away 1TB of storage for free? Where?
Office for Web doesn't have feature parity with the thick client. If all you need is to look at or make minor edits then, yes, go for the free version. If you're looking to do literally anything else, full is the way to go.

As for pirated vs. legal, well, that's a moral question that I'm not equipped to answer.

Which bundle do you think is best?
I am not familiar with these anti virus software, but I figure the price is good for just M365 by itself.

Who pays for these? They can easily be pirated. Or MS offers free online versions via something they call Office on the web. Google free ms office on the web.

I've been using Libre Office (search wikipedia if you don't know what it is).
It's open source, free, and works pretty well. It can open MS Office documents, and you can save in those formats, if you need to send to others who use MS Office. [I use MS Office for work; Libre Office on my personal computer. There are minor differences, but it's not a big problem for me. They're pretty compatible at the level I need for personal purposes.]

If you're a power user of MS Word or MS Excel, who uses a lot of their features, may not work for you. (Libre Office wouldn't work for the way I use these programs for work, but I use some very high level features of MS Excel in particular.) Most people only know/use the basics of either of these programs.

Why pay $10 a month for streaming music, you can just buy singles from iTunes and transfer with a cable?
