Costco changed formula supply a while ago. They used to be both provided by abbot, the parent company of similac. However now the Costco uses a different supplier. Check the comments section in wirecutter's formula review.

Costco changed manufacturers, they are now the same as store brands, ie Walmart, Target, etc.

If you can afford it I suggest Similac Pure Bliss and Similac A2 Organic (White top) for better ingredients and whey/casein ratio. The Pro-Sensitive and Comfort one does not have the best source of carbs which can contribute to childhood obesity.
