Capo worth ~$8, String winder ~$11, so everything else being worth > $4 puts you at breakeven, and I think it's pretty well worth it. Might change my mind and still buy just for the remaining accessories and gift the redundant pieces to a friend.

$50 is probably a fair street price for the kit.
String height gauge, multitool, mat/stand. All great things to have for setup adjustments at the gig.
I have a Cruztools tech set in my main guitar bag and a more complete kit in my backpack but I got 4 of these at this price to throw in all of my throw around rigs. It's a steal.
