Just like everywhere else, customer loyalty means nothing. If they can offer new members this deal whether it's Audible, Internet, Phone services, etc, they should offer it to everyone. I feel screwed every year I pay $150 for my wife's account and see others paying $90. Then she gets screwed on the 3-month membership cards (she gets as gifts at Christmas or Birthday from family that knows she likes it) with 3 credits by them only giving 3 credits and no 3 month extension. How is this even legal to advertise one thing but not get it!

I was an Audible member in the past but haven't been a member lately.
I've only ever done a month or two at a time subscription wise- always getting in on various promos and then canceling.

Just contact support. Ask for discounted gold. I get 12 credits for $100 plus tax… done it last 3 or 4 times.
