I would suggest going to a local Men's clothing store to get measured or try on a few sizes. Once you know your size, you'll never want to just get a LG or XL sized dress shirt. Your actual size is much more comfortable.

Measure yourself. There are tutorials online.

In short, the first (smaller) number is neck circumference and the second is sleeve length.
Per their website, if you currently have a collared shirt, lay the collar flat and measure from the center of the button to far edge of the button hole. That will be your neck size (e.g., mine's 17, but I like a little extra room so I go 17 1/2). You can also just measure around your neck with a tape measure, but add a little extra for comfort.
For sleeve length, again, if you have a long-sleeve shirt that fits well, measure from the seam on the shoulder down the length of your arm to your wrist bone:
I'll know more in a few days, but from what I've read online—so, YMMV, proceed at your risk, caveat emptor, etc.—they seem to be on a spectrum of better than Men's Warehouse, not as good as Brooks Brothers. Still, for $5, the risk is quite low. Of course, that's ten shirts to get free shipping :-).

I have had very good luck with their Travelers Collection shirts. Good quality and honest fit.
Edit: I think the site has disabled adding shoes into your cart now. Okay yes, the site has removed all the low-priced shoes in the clearance section from showing up.
Ordered 23 shirts, all but six have shipped. Their status is currently pending and the order has 'inventory fulfilled' ontop. My credit card still has the pending charge.
There are multiple shipments coming from all over... this is very poorly setup logistically speaking.

Not sure I would bother with the hassle again.
