Spent a lot of hours playing Titan Quest after spending a lot of hours playing the Diablo series. Thanks for this!

I enjoyed titan quest, but it seemed broken to me. The monsters were getting more and more powerful relative to my character. I was leveling up; it just wasn't leading to a commensurate increase in power. I was still throwing relatively puny fireballs even after completing most the game.

Hmm. Tried replaying JA2 awhile back for the lulz and just couldn't do it. Pretty sure JA is going to be worse. But for free, you're only (possibly) wasting time.

If you never played JA, I would highly recommend you not try it now.

Definitely one of my top ten fave PC games of all time, but even for me, and even trying every single modern mod/remake(ish) of this amazing game, it's hard, very hard to get past the 90's interface in 2021.

I personally consider JA and especially JA2 to be a better game than the OG X-Coms (though i loved those as well).

If an old game deserves a GOOD modernization, it's this title IMO.

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. Maybe its all in my mind. Wink

I've never played the Jagged Aliance series of games, but they were made by Sir-Tech many many years ago.

Sir-tech went out of business which is sad, but it produced some of the absolute best RPG games for PC in the Wizardry series. I know they have re-released some of them to a more "modern" approach, but honestly the re-release was clanky at best.

I can't tell you the number of hours i put into Wizardry 7, multiclassing every character and ending as Ninja.

This is a great sale for THQ games. Surprised it doesn't have its own post. SpongeBob BFBBR remastered is a great deal at $9
