Great deal but way way way too much for normal households. I always buy a bottle when I need it for recipes and then it ends up expiring before I use even half of it.

It never really "expires", it was aged for a long time before it was even bottled. The reason it even exists is because the creators forgot about it on a shelf for years, then found out that it was much better than when they initially tried it when fresh I do agree, this is way too large for normal use. It takes me like 5 years to go through a small bottle. Although the beef jerky idea below sounds interesting.

Same, use it 1/2 and 1/2 with soy sauce for jerky. Add other spices for what you're in the mood for, marinate 2 days and dry. Best jerky you've ever tasted!

I learned the hard way spending a ton on Jerky sauce ingredients using small bottles. Beef will soak up a lot of these juices. You can use up a one gallon bottle during the fall and winter season easily. So many recipes that include soy sauce, bbq sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, pineapple juice, etc etc. It can add up quickly. Nothing like home made beef jerky. I will make 10 lbs at a time, 3 different recipes, and it's gone by friends and family in two days.
