More coverage, faster speed. This one is only rated for 500mbps which I thought was a mistake at first. But it seems to be limited to 500Mbps and Pro is 1000Mbps.

Note: The extenders do not have any lan ports, meaning you cannot backhaul them via a wired Ethernet connection. They can only be wireless meshed and only have 2 bands, so you'll be diminishing your 5ghz band.

I just returned my eero 6 - 4 pack (all routers) to Costco and picked up the 6 Pro's from Best Buy this past weekend.

I really like my Eero 6s so far but it would be nice if they had a 4 port option. If you want to do wireless backhaul you have to run everything else off WiFi and while that isn't a problem necessarily for gaming I would have opted to pay a few more $ to have a 4 port one. I don't really want to get some switch just for that so I will live with it as-is.

These 1+2 seem to go on sale for $195 or so pretty regularly but I opted for 3 of the routers which does add a bit.
