Haven't used really just took a short look at. and have still in box.
I have soooooooo many knives.
To the point -
They were I believe an exclusive to Williams Sonoma originally
My friend bought a set - knife block completely different and haven't found this traditional one as a set anywhere but amazon and woot.
The set from woot was also much darker handle wood and many more imperfections... lines of missing wood/ not smooth. Friend's is a tiny bit more rough than i would expect - mine has many natural gouges in handle like they used whatever Oak remnants for this set and didn't bother with the tight grain planed bits Also the blades have many imperfections the 1st sharpening will easily take care of - just never seen before in any new Wusthof including friends Crafter set.

Overall they are still very nice and about the price of just the chef knife by itself.
